By ordering from Swizz Style you agree to the terms of our return policy.
(a) Shipping is non-refundable.
(b) A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all products returned in new and unused condition in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
(c) Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer
(d) When returning an item, please call Swizz Style customer service and request a RGA (return goods authorization) number. this number must be prominent on the outside of the shipping carton. Please include a copy of the original invoice, contact information and RGA number inside the shipping box. Items returned without the previous information will be delayed in processing your return.
(e) Used items may NOT be returned
(f) Items returned in used condition, without original packaging and paperwork or after 30 days of original purchase will be returned to the customer at their expense.
